Our district boundaries include Center Street to the North, the Alamodome to the South, the Amtrak Railroad Tracks to the East, and Interstate Highway 37 (I-37) to the West.

Enter any St. Paul Square parking lot managed by ACE Parking (see the list below).

Locate the QR Code signage near the lot entrance and use your phone to register your license plate number – no paper tickets or cash required.

Enjoy 2 Hours Free

The first hour is automatically free after you register your vehicle.

For the second free hour, every business in the district provides a custom validation code – just ask your host, server, or cashier!

About Paying

We encourage all guests to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel and parking when visiting St. Paul Square – especially during evenings, weekends, or special events.

For your convenience, event and daily parking throughout St. Paul Square can be reserved in advance through our partner, ACE Parking, which manages reserved surface and garage spaces across the district (including the Baldwin Garage).

From Austin (I-35 South)

1. Take I-35 South toward San Antonio.

2. Continue onto I-37 South toward Corpus Christi.

3. Take Exit 141 for Commerce Street and turn left onto East Commerce Street toward St. Paul Square.

4. The district entrances and ACE Parking lots are located between Chestnut Street and Hoefgen Avenue.

From Houston (I-10 West)

1. Take I-10 West toward San Antonio.

2. Keep left to merge onto I-37 North toward Downtown.

3. Take Exit 141B for Commerce Street and turn right onto East Commerce Street.

4. St. Paul Square will appear just ahead — bordered by I-37 to the west and the Amtrak tracks to the east.

From Laredo (I-35 North)

1. Take I-35 North toward San Antonio. Merge onto I-10 East via Exit 155B toward Houston

2. Then take Exit 574 for I-37 South toward Corpus Christi.

3. Use Exit 141 for Commerce Street and turn left onto East Commerce Street to enter the district.

From El Paso (I-10 East)

1. Head east on I-10 toward San Antonio.

2. Follow signs for Downtown and merge onto I-37 South.

3. Take Exit 141 for Commerce Street and turn left onto East Commerce Street.

4. You’ll see St. Paul Square on your left just past the railroad tracks.

From San Antonio International Airport (SAT)

1. Exit the airport via Airport Blvd and follow signs for Loop 410 South.

2. Merge onto Loop 410 and take Exit 26 for I-37 South toward Downtown San Antonio.

3. Use Exit 141 for Commerce Street and turn left onto East Commerce Street.

The drive is approximately 10 miles (15-20 minutes depending on traffic).

From UT San Antonio (Northwest SA)

1. Head east on UTSA Boulevard and merge onto I-10 East toward Downtown San Antonio.

2. Stay on I-10 East for about 13 miles, then take Exit 574 to merge onto I-37 South toward Corpus Christi.

3. Use Exit 141 for Commerce Street and turn left onto East Commerce Street to enter St. Paul Square.

Total drive time is approximately 20–25 minutes.

How long can I park for free?

Up to two hours free — the first hour is automatic with vehicle registration, the second hour is applied via a business validation code.

All publicly accessible lots within the St. Paul Square district display ACE Parking QR code signage.

You’ll be prompted to pay to extend your session via your mobile registration. Standard hourly rates apply there after.

What if I forget to register my license plate?

You must register your plate via the QR code at entry.
Failure to do so may result in a parking citation.

Can I validate my second free hour at any business?

Yes! Every participating business within St. Paul Square provides a custom code for the second free hour with proof of purchase from their establishment.

Is overnight parking allowed?

No! Please check signage for additional restrictions.
The free 2-hour offer applies to daytime patron parking.

Yes! Each lot includes accessible parking stalls near the entrance or elevator access. Please follow posted signage.

What happens during major events (like Alamodome concerts)?

During large events, some lots may reserve spaces or adjust rates temporarily. Follow signage, arrive early, or consider a ride-share for faster access.
